In the early 90's I discovered neter cards. I found the act of creating them and the thought required helped to make sense of the world inside myself. Using these cards, I began to understand the dynamics of each part of me and how they worked, or didn't work, together. These are some of my ‘Committee’ cards and their voice.
The Recorder
